Who Androlift is for
Androlift may be appropriate for adult men who, after laboratory testing and clinical assessment, have been diagnosed with low testosterone and are experiencing symptoms commonly associated with the condition, including:
- persistent fatigue and low daytime energy
- low mood, irritability, or reduced motivation
- reduced libido and changes in sexual desire
- difficulty concentrating and reduced mental clarity
- disrupted sleep
Symptoms alone do not establish a diagnosis. Treatment is offered only after laboratory confirmation by a licensed clinician.
What is included in the Androlift program
- Detailed medical intake. Each patient completes a confidential, in-depth online medical questionnaire covering medical history, current symptoms, current medications, allergies, family history, and prior laboratory results.
- Laboratory results review. Recent laboratory work — including total testosterone, free testosterone, and additional markers as clinically indicated — may be required as part of the review. Patients submit results from their own provider or a partner laboratory.
- Physician review and prescribing decision. The completed intake and laboratory results are personally reviewed by Dr. David. If — and only if — the clinical picture supports a diagnosis of low testosterone and treatment is medically appropriate, a prescription is issued. Patients who do not meet diagnostic criteria are not prescribed.
- Compounding pharmacy fulfillment. Approved prescriptions are sent directly to a licensed partner compounding pharmacy, which prepares and ships the medication to the patient.
- Ongoing monitoring. Patients are asked to submit follow-up laboratory results and updated intake information at defined intervals so the prescriber can confirm response, adjust dosing, and monitor for adverse effects.
How Androlift is intended to help
When testosterone is below the clinical reference range, the goal of treatment is to restore levels into the physiological reference range set by the prescribing physician, which may help relieve the symptoms of the deficiency listed above. Outcomes vary between individuals and are reviewed at each follow-up.
Androlift is not indicated for, and is not offered for, any of the following purposes:
- cosmetic or non-medical purposes
- sport, competition, or recreational training
- use by individuals whose testosterone levels fall within the normal clinical reference range
- use by minors
- use by women
Important safety information
Hormone therapy is a prescription medical treatment and is not suitable for everyone. It carries potential risks including, but not limited to: elevated red blood cell count (erythrocytosis), changes in cholesterol, acne, fluid retention, suppression of natural testosterone production, and reduced fertility. Patients with a personal or family history of prostate cancer, breast cancer, untreated severe sleep apnea, severe heart failure, or uncontrolled cardiovascular disease may not be candidates. All risks and benefits are reviewed as part of the intake process, and continued treatment is contingent on satisfactory follow-up laboratory results.
